Affidavit of Support

Sponsors of students planning to attend Internexus Provo should complete this form.

The student you are sponsoring has requested that Internexus Provo issue an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility in order to obtain their student visa. Before Internexus Provo can issue their I-20, the student must provide proof of financial responsibility.

With this statement of support, the sponsor assumes the student’s financial responsibility during their stays as a Student at Internexus Provo LLC.

In addition to this form, sponsors must also send a bank statement that is dated within the last 90 days (3 months) showing sufficient funds to cover the student’s schooling and other expenses to Internexus Provo. The financial statement must have the name of the account holder and the name of the bank.
